When Rex first comes out he will do a pre-inspection walk-through and then steam clean all of the exposed areas with a general detergent & deodorizing solution. Please help him by pointing out any stains, or heavily soiled areas as well as any other areas you are concerned about, so he can give these extra attention.
XTREME KLEEN offers the lowest WHOLE HOUSE pricing in this area, the price includes all steam cleaning services, include deodorizer and up to 8 areas! Help keep the cost low by having furniture moved to the side off of the areas you want cleaned, this will speed up both the cleaning process and keep the drying time to a minimum.
You will like the FACT that XTREME KLEEN will have none of the "upcharges" that many of the others will try to add to your bill. Rex will clean your carpet to your satisfaction at the price your are given FROM THE START! Of course if your carpet has been heavily soiled, has Pet Stains / odors, or you want extra services such as Scotchgard applied there will be a small additional charge. This will be discussed BEFORE any service is performed and you are satisfied with the cost.
